Many thanks for dropping in on our newly updated website. To make our community run successfully, there are one to two things to be aware of (well, thirteen actually..!)

1. Photos should be of the head and shoulders of individuals or groups.
2. Your photo may be cropped as necessary to fit our thumbnail format (the full size display will be unaffected).
3. All photos are the property of Million Pound Face once sent to us.
4. You give your permission for your photo to be reproduced in any format and size for any Million Pound Face marketing or advertising purposes. However, photos will not be made available for alternative use to any third party.
5. The number sent back to you via email is your unique reference. Please try not to lose it!
6. Photos are displayed in order of accepted submission.
7. Million Pound Face takes no responsibility for the content of your photo.
8. You have no rights to the web site or how your photo is displayed.
9. Once the photo is displayed it may only be removed on receipt of 5 more faces from your friends and family.
10. email adresses used to submit photos will be held on our secure database and remain fully confidential. They will not be distributed to any third party.
11. The time between sending a photo from to activating your submission may vary and take from 15 minutes.
12. Photos of a sexual, obscene or offensive nature will be refused onto the site, as will any photo that may be deemed to exploit minors.
13. Million Pound Face reserves the right not to display any photo without notice and without refund.
